MOTORISTS WILL HAVE TO PAY TO USE THE NEW DOGO KUNDU BYPASS.

The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) announced that motorists will have to pay to use the Dongo Kundu Bypass. The tolling is part of efforts to help recover the costs of constructing and maintaining the bypass, which is a significant infrastructure project aimed at easing traffic congestion in Mombasa. The bypass is expected to enhance the flow of goods to and from the port of Mombasa, reducing travel time and fuel consumption. The toll rates and payment methods are yet to be detailed by KeNHA.
