FRED MATIANG’I HIRES LOBBY FIRM.

Former Kenyan interior cabinet secretary Fred Matiang’i has taken significant step towards a potential 2027 presidential bid by hiring Dikens and Madson a Canadian lobbying firm for approximately Ksh.32 millions. The agreement signed in july 2024 involves the firm lobbying influential governments like the US, UK and Japan as well as providing strategic advice on policy and public relations to bolster Matiang’i’s candidacy.

Dickens and Madson led by controversial Ari Ben Menashe has history of working with high profile but often ethical questioned clients including Zimbabwe’s president Mnangagwa. There services are expected to help Matiang’i gain international support and craft a strong political strategy.

Matiang’i was known as super CS during 4th president Uhuru Kenyatta time, he reformed Education and ICT during his time.
