AGRICULTURE MINSTRY BAN THE HARVEST OF MACADAMIA.

The Ministry of agriculture has banned the harvest of macadamia starting 2, 2024, which will last to march 1 2025. This measures is intended to curb the harvesting and export of immature macadamia nuts which has negatively impacted the quality and performance of kenyan macadamia in global market. The agriculture and food authority will enforce the ban through inspection and surveillance in penalty of violators like revocations of licences.
